Always. Every colour service begins with a proper chat about your hair history, lifestyle and goals. For bigger transformations, a separate consultation is recommended so we can plan properly.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

That is honestly the best part of the job. Bring your inspo pics (blurry ones welcome) and we will figure out what works for your hair type, face shape and how much time you want to spend styling at home.

Yes — card, tap to pay and mobile payments are all accepted in the studio through Booksy, alongside your booking deposit.

For all colour services, new clients need a skin test at least 48 hours before their appointment. If this isn't done in time, your appointment will need to be cancelled — so please get in touch early to book yours in.
